if its latex paint, probably being an interior paint it is, paint stores and walmart sell an item call goof of, no joke thats its name, it comes in a small can that looks like a lighterfluid can just apply it wait i think 30 seconds or a minute then wipe it of. you may have to repeat

If its not too much, I’d try a razor blade or maybe an “Exacto Knife” (handle with safety razor blade).
Otherwise, there are commercial “strippers” on the market but you said this is a very narrow stripe, so try the razor blade first!
